Clan Member Guidelines
Applying for membership -
You must be at least 21 years of age and act like it. We do not tolerate
immature kids. Regardless of how you act, if you are not 21, don't even ask to
join. To apply for membership, click
HERE.
Finances- Each member is expected to make some form of donation to
pay for the costs of the server. We do accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Money
Orders. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal, just a valid credit
card. Your donation is expected before the due day assigned on the webpage.
Please use the donation button on our website to make payment and make sure you
are logged into the website. If you fail to
pay your clan dues before it's term, your admin rights will be suspended until
you do.
Attendance - So you want to be part of the clan? Well prove it. You must
check the forums once a day. We know not everyone can play every night (although
it would be nice), but we expect you to play on the server at least once a week.
Weather it's just in Team Speak or in Game. If you join our server, you are
required to get on Team Speak as well. We do have a copy of it available in our
download section of the website.
GET IT NOW if you
don't have it. You will join the same team as your
fellow clan members. If you cannot, ask another admin to move the teams around.
=ICUS=Tags - Once you become an =ICUS= member, you
will use the =ICUS= Tag in front of your player name. This
tag will be the following: =ICUS=your name. You will only
assume 1 identity with that name, in other words, no name swapping, aliasing,
etc. You will use this tag name on all aspects of =ICUS= and
its game servers including Team Speak. You will use a
non-offensive name. You are not required to wear your clan tag in
other servers. Non-Clan members who assume the =ICUS= tag will be warned
to remove it. If they fail remove the tag, they will be banned on the spot for
24 hours.
Conduct - Respect is something that is earned and is never given. All
members must show respect for other members of the Clan or any other player (
wearing a clan tag or not ) It is your responsibility when a matter gets out of
hand to step back, take a breather and handle the situation. Your actions and
words reflect on the entire Clan. If you are guilty of violating this rule, you
will be given one chance to explain yourself, and the opposing person(s) will be given the same,
if possible.
Hacks - As an =ICUS= member you agree that you do not and will not use
any game modifications whatsoever, that you don't use any client side hacks,
that you don't utilize a modified video card driver, or use scripts or multiple
game action binds. If you are caught hacking, you will be banned from the clan
and our servers.
Attitude - If there is a conflict between members of the Clan, all
effort should be made to straighten it out between the conflicting individuals.
Never should a personal problem be allowed to involve and possibly divide the
entire Clan. If you find that the problem cannot be resolved by your efforts
alone then seek the assistance of an Senior Member. Publicly expressed
animosities toward a fellow member in the public forums will not be tolerated.
Trash talking will not be tolerated.
Banning guidelines
Microphone spamming - If someone comes into the server and started
spamming the mic, Warn them, IN TEXT AND VOICE (The reason we say in text
because it is recorded). If they ignore you, then mute them. If they leave
and come back at start again, ban them for 30 minuets MAX.
Shit Talkers - Same rule applies as microphone spamming.
Hacking - If you suspect someone is hacking. Make a demo of them and
send the demo to icuseasy[at}icushome.com. If you KNOW FOR SURE someone is
hacking then a temporary ban may be set pending review.
Admin powers - If you abuse your admin rights, they can and will be
removed. This includes unnecessary slaps or kicks just because you don't like
the person or its your friend. Your powers will be suspended until seen fit. If you abuse them again,
you will be removed from the clan. Remember everything is recorded. If someone
complains about it, we well investigate it.
